Default Success! Power Window motor replaced!

You guys are rubbing off on me! In what has been up to this point the most major car repair I've done by myself, I've successfully taken off the driver'* side interior panel and replaced the power window motor! Had to share.

Actually, I'm afraid to do things under the hood until I have you guys there with me. Changing the oil and changing a power window motor is one thing.. Pulling plugs and unbolting crap from the engine is another.
