I dont know how to get the motor out without removing the metel plate covering the motor.
Do i have to remove the panel or does it slide out? If anyone knows how to remove it without removing the metal plate it would be greatly appreciated if youd share the info.

is it just the motor itself you're trying to remove? i've had to remove mine times now over the years to do other repairs.. you can remove the motor and sliding track all as one unit.. it'* a bit of work. lots of cut knuckles and you have to perform some magic wiggling it out.. but.. it will come out..

i just wanted to make sure it is possible before i waste hella time on some impossible task thanx for the info man. i think i got more serious problems to fix right now ill have to tackle this one next week sometime.
