Take a look at the BLM (long term fuel trim). 128 is desired, higher is lean, lower is rich.

Was the 44 running, at idle, or with the vacuum line pulled off the pressure regulator?

The pressure was at idle and it was about 47 with the line removed.

Ok I scanned on the way home and only saw 1 degree of KR during the trip and kinda got it to do its thing in 2nd gear with no KR but didn't sound right. The fuel trims seem to bounce around. I see like 119 at idle and bouncing between 128 to 140 driving and at WOT. I am guessing that I am running lean then?

Ok I just scanned for a half hour drive and found the LT to stay around 124-130 while driving and the ST was bouncing all over between 119 at idle and 140 while driving. The IAT was at 90-95, and TPS voltage bottomed WOT at about 4.20V. I do remember on my way to work on friday I gave about 3/4 throttle and saw my boost gauge jump to about 8psi and instantly fall back to about 5-6 psi. Maybe it it the BCA. I don't know but I thought I would give an update with numbers.

You can rule out the BCA if you pull off the bottom line from it. If you can't recreate the boost dump, it'* the BCS failing or PCM commanding a dump. I don't think you should be compensating for a lean condition on purpose, looking at your mods. I'm wondering about vacuum leaks or FPR, possibly.
