cranks no start have fuel and spark

and the windows wont go down or up and when doing that
the in inside lights go out also when unlocking and locking the door at
the switch and key fob also turning on the rear defrost lights go out but come right back on when defrost is off

when cranking the inside lights go out when it runs for 10 sec and
when it dies out the lights go back on.

before this happen put trans in and drove for a week

what i check was fuel press,spark, and all grounds

Try cleaning the ground buses on both sides of the car.
Here'* a link to a Techinfo article. The ground bus is the connector with black & black/white wires.

Listen to Technical Ted he set me straight on the same exact problem. The drivers side bus is where you need to clean up real good.

thanks the drirers side bus was the problem
but it didnt have corrosion the wire was a little melted
so i fix it and it car works
