so, uh.. which belt do you want? the Supercharger belt or the serpentine belt?

A 3.8" idler is HUGE, stock is 3.0" and the oversized that INTENSE sells is 3.5"

The SC belt...for some reason I thought that when I did this to my 98 SSEi, I put on a 3.8" idler and the stock size belt worked just fine. But I cant remember, that was like 4 or 5 years ago.

does a 90mm idler size make any sense to you?

I think...that is what I used then....

90 millimeters = 3.54330709 inches

3.5", just like I said

you can use a stock sized belt if you have that 3.5 idler.

This is what I bought for future reference for everyone:

Supercharger belt: GY Gatorback part# 4060725 @ $21.99

The Accessory belt: GY Gatorback part# 4060940 @ $33.99

hope this helps

but remember this is for a 3.5 MPS upgrade using the 3.5 idler pulley size

Most go to a 715 belt and a stock idler pulley for the SC when running a 3.4". That would probably be ok on a 3.5" as well, but the tension would be on the tight side.
