Check your fuel lines for leaks as well. I am having this problem currently, and the source of my loss of pressure is a leaking fuel line near the rear passenger tire. I was expecting a bad injector or pump too. My bad.

I am having problems with long starts on my car as well, and ill be looking into it this weekend.

Have you tried turning the key to let the pump run for the few seconds. Key off then back on two more times before you try to start?

If the fuel pressure is dropping off quickly after turning off the engine, I guarantee that that is the cause of your hard starts. Don't worry about the coils, you need to find your leak. All the spark in the world won't do a bit of good if there is no fuel to ignite.
