The intent of that picture was to show the bolt tightening sequence of the LIM per the post above it - however I should have stated that. The information for the torque settings is for the 2000+ series, and taken from what I submitted for techinfo for 2000-2005. However, as it was posted in sections....the rest (besides the LIM info) came with it.

Edit - Information was gleaned from AllDataDiy.com for the 2000 Vin 1 Engine under torque specifications. However, checking further, my FSM is listed as yours is, as is the demo 20003 Vin K at AllData. The specific instructions for replacement also lists the 11 & 22 ft lbs. Looks as if we have a discrepancy.

I'm going with the specs that are listed in the most places...11 for the short bolts, 22 for the long. I've edited the information in the specs so that it should reflect that.

I did the LIM / UIM job over the weekent . I used the GM gaskets and Dorman maniifold because I needed to get it done . It went slower than I thought because of the leaning curve and several trips to get parts . Now I know a little more and my car is on the road again . - Thanks everyone .
