98 Bonne, Doesn't start looking for advice

A fusible link looks like nothing more than a piece of black plastic hose around the orange or red wires. They are typically near the juction block where the battery'* power gets split between the various wires going to the fuse block.
Instead of searching out the fusible links, you can go to the other end of the circuit and check for power there. If you pull the "CRANK" fuse out of the fuse block and check for voltage there, you know the power is good up to that point. Basiclly, keep splitting the circuit at various points until you track down the bad component.
You can also check the base of the ignition column, where the actual ignition switch is located (It is *not* inside the steering column with the lock cylinder and key, instead the key turns and moves a metal pushrod to the actual switch...right about were the brake pedal connects to the underside of the dash.)
Here is the starter circuit from my '95 FSM. Don't know how much different a 98 might be???

[edit: Sorry, did not see that Technical Ted was on the way with help. Maybe he will have the FSM scan for the '98. Looks like you've got an army of help on hand - your beer bill just got higher.

Bill - jump in anytime you have something to add, we can split the beer.
Newguy - Let'* double check what the security light is doing. Sit in the car with all the doors, hood & trunk closed. Now turn the key to the run position & see if the security light comes on & then turns itself off after a few seconds.
If the the light goes out then while attempting to start wiggle the shifter around. If that doesn't help then shift into neutral & try starting. If it still doesn't start pull fuse 2e & check it closely. Let us know what you find & we'll continue.

Sorry I haven't been here for a while Classes are killing me.
So I sat in the car. The only time that the Security light is on, is when the door is open. I put the key in the ignition switched it to run, Still no security light the entire time. Then tried to wiggle things around and still no go. So the door is open, Security light blinking. Door is closed, no light. Key in ignition in run, no security light. So I am not sure what that tells me.
THanks for the help

I checked fuse 2e, and the fuse was ok, the connection of the fuse itself was a bit brown. I cleaned it off a bit and stuck it back in. I took the voltmeter, to the fuse, and got no power through the fuse when the key was in the run position. But then the voltmeter would catch a small reading when the key would turn to the start position. So again. Fuse 2e looks ok.
I was looking at the diagram above, and saw that the starter relay might be the next thing to look at. But I cannot find it for the life of me.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
