My other mechanic friend (that has the car currently) found nothing wrong with the wiring harness (ICM) as you showed in the pic. We both have taken a good look for anything amiss that couldve been taken out by this belt. But youre right, it had to have done something else. Have NOT however, tried using a heat gun (or hair dryer) to heat it up while totally cold. Course its getting to be 80 degrees already at 8-9 am already. LOL So will give it a try and see what happens.
