It could just be the thermostat, on my old 90 Cadillac my heat all of a sudden quit and it was just the thermostat. my dad tapped on it with a hammer i believe and it worked fine from there on. They stick sometimes.

While the poster hasn't responded, I'm pretty sure he'* got it fixed up by now. Either that or he froze while delivering pizza'*
