BTW your 91 has an obd I computer, not obd II. He was probably asking what brand you used because our cars have a history of eating electronics from companies they don't like, especially bosch. Strange.

Well, I checked all the plugs and they were very pretty. Some looked a little wet and others looked a little dry, but all in all the same. A couple were gaped around 40-45 which was wierd, the rest I checked and set to 60 as the book says.
I was hoping for a carbon flake.
I removed the throttle body and the IAC. There is a lot of soot on the IAC Pintle. The butterfly seems to be pretty sooty too, maybe from the unburnt fuel during testing...
Next I will remove the coil pack and test it as directed. I have to get an ohmeter since that last one I had died under a 35" swamper tire...
I'll keep the info coming, it may be next weekend before she runs, payday is the 30th
