New guy with an old Olds.
Howdy.
I'm new to GM. Grew up with Fords (have had 4 Thunderbirds) and have been a Subaru guy for the past 8 years with the Outback in my signature. Love my wagon.
My wife and I just got a family hand-me-down car. In the "grandma can't drive any more" sort of way. I've got a nice project ahead of me.
The basics:
1 owner grandma driven 75,000 original miles Olds 88.
It'* beat up. Real beat up. So I'll be posting a few new threads for the stuff I'm working on here soon.
Right now my to do list includes:
Parking brake no worky.
Missing front bumper.
Missing passenger side mirror.
AC blows warm.
Service Engine light on.
Sounds like an exhaust leak.
Some leak on engine, not familiar enough with the FWD 3800 to have it figured out yet.
Power antenna stuck down.
And more things as I discover them...
So, howdy. I'll be picking your brains soon.
