so basically you want to redo your entire car? a good paint job would be about a thousand im guessing, depending on how much body work needs to be done. all of the interior pieces would be very hard to find, especially in a gray color. putting in a center console would require HUGE amounts of work to make the shifter and electronics work. if i were you, i would be thinking different car before i think about all that...unless you are into all that work

Now now, don't be so harsh on the fellow. Lets break this down and be reasonable. If you're going to repaint the entire car I HIGHLY recommend a base coat/clear coat and NOT enamel (base enamel is awful, thats what places like Macco use). Also it won't be a simple process of sanding the outside of the car, primer, and painting. Every piece must individually be taken off or you will get unsightly ugliness. For example, if you paint a red car black and you open up the doors....anyone and everyone is gonna see a nice bright red door jam. Open the trunk or hood and you got the same problem. So each body piece has to be unbolted and prepped. Then you have to worry about matching and blending the paint. When you paint plastic and metal with the same color paint you will get slight variations and sometimes shops will blend the best they can to make it match, but it is never truely "perfect". Doing this could rack up anywhere near $5,000 minimum...and thats if you don't have any rust, dents, or any type of damage that will cause slow down.

No one here can tried taking a full 92+ interior and putting it into a pre 92 Bonneville and I highly doubt its possible due to the extreme changes that took place during these transition years. I'm not sure on how you plan on finding an entire interior in decent shape either, but you may prove me wrong saying you already have or found one.

So be perfectly honest with you. Just repair any visual imperfections you have.

I agree with upstairs. If you have imperfections in your paint that can be fixed much easier then a whole new paint job. On the interior thing, I think the seats may be to wide so maybe if you have a bench take that out and maybe they will fit without centerconsole. If not I would say just get a set of 88-91 power seats and have them reapolsterd you can wrap your back seat also which will be much cheaper. If you do go for a Macco paint job make sure you do all the prep work yourself. My friend got his 64 impala painted at macco and they did a good job considering the tab. My other friend saw that and painted his 86 cutlass and didnt do any prep on it... wownd up looking like *****. Oh well just my 2/100 or a dollar.

Seats will work fine. It'* been done! The dash is a different story. The car is the same dimensions as a later model though.
