Double ram air! woo!

Ok now for some details, yes the ramair is dryer ducting, lol but it works great, i could get right out of the car after an hour of driving and the intake will be cool as the outside air, the existing ducting was a bit to thick and got crushe dina few spot and recently ripped in one area so i will be replacing with something a bit narrower in the future, the intake is a standard autozone ricepipe with a K&N cone, don't remeber the number, it'* a perfect fit inside the completely gutted airbox and the shape of the airbox, is great for keeping that hot engien air away, and bonus point for anyone who notices something that doesn't belong (YES that ducting IS supposed to be there :P )

EDIT: oh and i have one intake duct jutting out for maximum flow in good weather, and the second on is recessed back to airflow when the main one gets clogged with snow in the winter

i wouldve perfered hiding them, but i think having one out is more effective, and let'* just say that being a victim of GM paint chipping, i am not too concerned with it'* appearance, i've got so many primer patches my car looks like a cow

That looks great. I still have my airbox kicking around my garage, may steal your idea instead of making a new heatshield.

I was going to suggest the 97 PCM holder and then realized...you are using the 96 to cover the top of the air box. Good going.

Nice install!

Of course I'm sure you realize that that isn't really ram air per definition, but it does serve to provide an excess of cooler air to the filter area.

That is almost identical to what I have had in mind for my next CAI setup.
How did the pipe fit throut the outlet on the air box and through the accordian tubing?
I'd suggest cutting the ducting closest to the passenger side so it isn't quite so visible, and painting them black so as to blend in with the radiator.
I've already started with the new RE-0810 and a longer Rice pipe that puts the filter right into the corner -good thing I don't have a front mounted PCM -it'd be in the way.

All-in-all that is a very stealthy install.
