Personally, I think there should be a time.. Something like 3 years, but I do think the opportunity should exist for someone to win again.

One thing I am going to do by the way is build an index of past COTMs.. Should help avoid strings of "He/She/It won COTM already!" posts.
i think that is fair, at least a yr. 2-3 sounds fair for us non-COTM bonnies *hint hint*
