Well the $750.00 purchase has now received new brakes all around, new cat, new starter, $1,400 tranny rebuild, newer engine, fluids all redone and driver seat fixed.
Now the real work begins...
Last picture of this little 91 SSE looking like this. I have started the transformation already. 2003 Grand Am rims have been installed along with fresh Yoko Avid tires.
Next will be the interior than off to repaint.

Anyone have any thoughts on paint?, should I just have the same color done?, anything been tried that looks cool?

226,000 km on the car approx. 50,000k on the motor.

Car looks great. Personally, I'd keep those rims on.

I'd also leave it just the way it is. I wish I had it to play with down here in the south :(

There are a few door dings and a spot where the clear coat is worn slightly, the wear and tear of 230,000k does show somewhat.

Personally I'd keep the colour. It'* not the most common colour either. And oh yeah.. always good to have another 91 SSE in the club

The new rims, the fellow I purchased them off of said 2003 Grand Am rims, who knows.
