I nominate GXP Rules as well. Even though he is adding more mods to his car does not mean he cant get COTM now and later. I mean the paint is finished...

Once a member has won COTM,unless he/she gets another Bonne,it can only be won once A member can be nominated as many times as necessary though.

Personaly i think that this rule should be changed to once PER YEAR and not only once ever, because peoples cars here change and evolve so much that sometimes its like having another car.

I agree, that people'* cars change a lot and that if oppertunity presents itself with obvious evidence that a LOT has changed. COTM should be allowed to be recieved twice.

i think the rule should stay the same. there are plenty of COTM bonnies still out there and it wouldnt be fair to them if someone does a major mod and gets it again.

Personally, I think there should be a time.. Something like 3 years, but I do think the opportunity should exist for someone to win again.

One thing I am going to do by the way is build an index of past COTMs.. Should help avoid strings of "He/She/It won COTM already!" posts.
