Went to the junkyard to get a mirror today. Well I didn't see any ones that were in perfect shape. So instead of get one that was in okay shape. I just decided to fix my really bad one.



I think I may have improved it just a bit. Not bad considering what it looked liked before.

Oh, please go into detail how you got your mirror to look like Darth Vaders helmet.

Took a lot of wet sanding. Then I taped off the car in that area. Hit with clear. Let it dry all day in the sun. Then wet sanded it out. Polished and waxed. Looks brand new.

Now I have to go do the same thing to the other mirror. It'* in much better shape. But this ones shines way more.

Damn that does look good though.
