Just brought her home Friday. 2004 SE, 39k miles.

I have been very impressed by the car so far, I really enjoy driving it. I hadn't really considered one until I saw it.. test drove it, and fell in love with it. So now that I have her and cant take her back, what type of warnings or heads-up can you give me about this?

Dealer gave me a 4yr / up to 100,000 mile warranty on engine and transmission, will I be needing it?

the UIM issue.. is this pretty universal, a case by case thing or what? and, are there warning signs with that?

That'* alright, no worries here. Welcome to Bonneville Club! That is a real nice looking car & a very nice warranty. The UIM will eventually fail. For now, keep a close watch on coolant consumption at the coolant recovery tank. If the tank level starts showing loss of coolant (over time) with out any external leak apparent, then it is possible the UIM is showing signs of failure.
