285 is a great estimate for a stock ls1 f-body at the wheels, considering the 15% or whatever it is crank loss...

Isn't that the truth, lot'* of those guys in Chicago, luckly there'* also some babes driving them too. v6 mustangs and f bodies drive me nuts, they all look/act like harda$$es. get a real car to modify.

Hate to be Mr. obvious for the 200th time this week... but our cars are v6, and a whole lot heavyer then a stang, or f-body...

dont they put the ford 3.8s in them im pretty sure the new ford 3.8s have 200 hp and 196 ft. lbs of torque, plus weaker guts, our v6s are better. but that is a nice mustang even though its a ford
