Purple is a fast color, don't make me and MOS bring out the table again... But i'd take the 5.7 'bird with the same mods it'd walk all over you.

He's got a point. I plan on getting a last gen TA WS6, but I'd put a blower on it, so the ram air hood would just be for looks. Of course, it does have 1.1L more. The 5.4L gets some up and go.

the bird was originally an L36... it was an auto with an edlebrock cat back system, he was running 14's with it. the best part about my car was the people that were driving the mullit mobiles(fbods). theyd be like "You got a 2v 215hp gt and i got 285 at the wheels, ill smoke you." i had two carlengths by the launch and when i hit the juice it was all over...

Don't doubt it. Have you ever noticed, though, owners of V6 Mustangs put A LOT more into exterior mods than GT drivers?

SSsuperchargedEi 02-06-2004 02:36 AM

i dont know why, but ive always liked mustangs better, especailly at wot. ill take my '03 cobra in silver, please...

bonnie94ssei 02-06-2004 02:36 AM

I wish you had the sound clips too! Nice Stang.

Well it's modded to stock. You know damn well a v8 F body could take a GT stock. And it was more then 285 near the end.

Now you got a GTO to fight against...

My friend's got one (V6 Stang). I begged him to stop after the chrome wipers. He had some aftermarket front A-arms put on after his ball joints failed. Their geometry is incorrect. His Cobra replica wheels would rub them and the tiebar bushings hit them under a tight turn. He doesn't drive it much anymore.
