lol. my 88 LeSabre suffered from the same problem! I definately don't miss the power windows of the late 80'* early 90'* GM cars.

That'* wicked.... I think it'* almost as fast as the windows on my 91.... lol

I heard that if you grease up the motors it might help.... anyone tried that?

now ford power windows are pretty respectable in this area.

they go so fast it aint funny.

This is very true. The windows in our '02 explorer could chop your fingers right off.

I may try to lube the whole thing up, but I havn't had time recently. And it'* fricken cold outside to top it off. The reason that on is so bad is because this car was driven around for years, where ONLY the passenger window and moonroof opened. The rest of the windows are still pretty damn fast for thier age.

LOL, mine are about that fast.


The passenger rear window actually stops sometimes. Gotta coax it up from about half to 2/3 the way up by pulling, and then it goes up by itself


'85 Cressida windows were considerably faster, and '98 Altima windows... hot damn, those are lightning fast compared to the SSE'* suckers

Anyone else notice that the windows move faster if the engine is running.... then if it'* off.
