Have you replaced the headlight assemblies? If so, where from?

As far as I know, the headlight assy'* themselves are Stock..
Is the chrome trim around them the reason you ask?
That chrome isn't Stock, I added that a couple days ago.
Gave the car a much more finished & upscale look, IMHO.
I may add a strip of it below them as well..
I may also install a Park Avenue hood ornament
and a chrome strip running from it'* base to the trailing edge of the hood,
as seen on many Buicks back in the day
(crudely illustrated here)

They just looked like they were fairly new, and I don't see them too often with the black edges. Didn't even notice the chrome.

Tough call on the hood ornament though. I find myself wanting what I don't have. I wouldn't mind the non filled in tri-shield that was on an older generation.

Agreed - I'm still not 100% sure if I really want a standing hood ornament yet.
I do have a non-filled Tri-Shield from an older-model..

Then again, here'* a couple more ideas in lieu of a standing hood ornament -

Tri-Shield hood badge

Tri-Shield grille badge

I think I like the emblem on the grill, gives it a "nose", it looks more like a smile with it there.

I am gonna be honest, you just traded off a grill that had the very thing you would be trying to put back on. I never was a fan of the buick emblem stuck on the hood (hood ornament or bust). One thing I am finicky about is the duplication of ornamentation. If I didn't have the trishields proudly displayed for all to see on the hood, I would probably pick up one of these:
http://www.carid.com/buick-oem-logos-license-plates/
Likely the second one. Raised logo on chrome.

Another thing I want to do, but can't, due to the limitation listed above, is vinyls on the back door wing windows. Had a ford with the ford logo back there, and loved them. If the Park Avenue didn't have badges on the C pillars, I would be putting white vinyl logos on the windows back there.

Thanks William, I think it looks better on the grille, too

rjolly87 - Those license plates are sharp! And speaking of Park Ave C-pillar emblems, that'* what the emblem in my pics is from (I have a number of them, from the boneyard). An idea for your 1/4 windows might be vinyl "BUICK" logo-style lettering instead of a Tri-Sheild.
By the way, I didn't get rid of a grille w/ the emblem.. I still have the original grille (and lower surround). However, it was missing it'* emblem. But I'm not a fan of the huge emblems on that grille, anyway.. I think the larger size of the emblem makes the stock grille itself look smaller, and the small emblem on my present Park Ave grille makes the grille itself look larger (at least to my eye).
The smaller, stock grille with that oversized emblem makes a LeSabre look like a smaller, lower trim-level car..
at least that'* the impression I get from it when I see 'em. If you're going to have that large of an emblem,
then it needs horizontal chrome strips emanating from it as on '55 thru '57 Buicks. THEN it might look cool.
The stock grille, with the smaller emblem, might be a cool option too. Might even consider chroming the grille surround also.. Wish I could find some Dagmars for it, too.. Hell, if I could retrofit a '51 Roadmaster grille into the car I'd do it in a heartbeat lol. And yes, before anyone asks, Ventiports are in her future..
And if it weren't for the thick plastic trim plastered to the sides of my car, I'd be posting pics of it sporting trim replicating this style -

How hard is it to remove the side trim on a '92 LeSabre..? and how many holes will I be left with..?
