I remember my Dad'* '89 POS Escort, NO floorboards, we had sheet metal screwed in with wood under it to support it.

And wait a minute.... Western PA'ers cars are no better than Ohio cars. I've seen some pretty grim ones around Pittsburgh.

Hey, there are limits to what a PA inspection station will pass....yes, a $20 and a case of Iron City used to skew the odds of a pass in your favor...but sooner or later you'd bring one in so bad that nobody would dare slap a sticker on.

Ohio..there are no limits.

that might be a junk yard car or a mechanics car. Alot of times they do that or put tires on the front of the car to push others around...poor bonnie

Two things amaze me:
1. The wooden bumper matches the car paint!
2. The gold crosslaces are in fairly good shape!
