I don't have a picture of it but we have an old Oldsmobile here in town that the whole front end is pretty much gone. It has no side fenders, part of a hood, taped on headlights, no muffler, and the classic wooden bumper. Some high schooler drives it. Inspections? If our state had inspections almost half the cars on the roads in Indiana wouldn't be around.

Well there are no inspections in CT either but if you're driving around a POS like that you'll be getting citations for it. No inpsections doesn't mean drive whatever you want in whatever condition you want.
