i got them from a place around here that has ANY kind of hardware like that. its called "suburban nut and bolt supply". and i didnt ask the grade. being the torque spec was only 20 ft #*, i wasn't worried about it. i just made sure they were stainless.

Polishing the rotor plate is spooooooky business when you consider the risk of abrasives getting in the bearings. Not worth it IMO.
