Okay, here it is:
He said, "The reason I pulled you over, sir, is because your window tint is outta control!!"
"The legal limit in the state of Kansas is 35%. I'm guessing that'* about 2..."
Heheh, this guy was funny. Anyway, he came back with his little gadget, sandwiched my window with it, turned it on....
3%. He then said, "Oh, I was off by 1%..." No one ever bothered me after that, and I passed a bunch of Hi-Po.
