The LT1 is rated at 295hp, but I totally agree, he could have spent another $100 and built a nice stroker bottom end. Then he could have gone all out and get some nice heads, or at least some head work done.
But yes, people are crazy. Does your buddy have any 9c1 (police edition caprices) green silicone hoses?
