Good. I love me some Chevy cars, but since I couldn't find what I wanted with a Bowtie on it, I kept it in the GM family. I have only, and will only own GM products.

My wife though, she has the Mazda. 7k after the warranty expired a whole list of problems started happening.

that'* why they call it a warranty period means nope just after is when you'll need it

On imports I believe that to be true. Never had a problem with that kind of stuff on all the cars I've owned.

i only had it happen once with GM it was the tranny in my plow truck

My truck was the first vehicle I bought that had a factory warranty on it. 100k or 5 years. The tranny went out at 49k. Only problem I've had with a vehicle I owned. Now, I don't count my effed battery in the Bonne. That was bad on the previous owner. Which is why when I go to MO I'm gonna change all the fluids to make sure they're good and new.

Dang, looks like you always have a nice car. I'm a Pontiac guy, but I would have wanted to keep the Monte. The Bonne saved a lot of money on the other hand. You win either way.
