Had a meeting with my mechanic on Saturday.
The current plan is to build a full steel tube frame that will in-close the engine and trans so it stays rigid.
The stock engine cradle will be used so that the body can be easily lifted to do major repairs. He liked the idea of performance arms and coil overs.
The car already had heavy duty cv-shafts
He'* also going to make a one off axel hub so I can run a wide car tire on the rear. I want to use a digital gauge interface, but did not find one that would be able to hold up to driving rain. Thought?
Edit: I was asked to start thinking of a nickname for this thing. Something I think gose to my builders ratrod days. Help?

if you can use a bluetooth to obd2 adapter and torque pro on on of those waterproof android phones. you can see whatever you want. but if you have a windshield and put it under a lip i would think normal gauges would be fine

I was looking at some of the different obd2 gauge clusters.
Is there a site that can tell me all of the info I can get from my obd2 port?
I dont want to get a gauge cluster with alot of extra stuff that I cant use.
Thanks.

what you see mostly depends on the gauge programming. so you would have to look at the companies site, they will normally have a list. ones like scan gauge or the torque app i have, it will do like 50 things and you pick which few you want on the main display

Found a obd2 Bluetooth that can be paired with a cheap tablet.
I'll spend the $5 on the torque pro app and be set.
Thanks!
