it said the scotter got like 30,000 RPMS i thought that was ridiculous

I don't know... don't the run F1 engines at ungodly RPMs? And those engines are only 2 liters, I think...

Mind you, the F1 engines have pneumatically-operated lifters, but still :P

F1 motors run about 14-15,000 RPMs and i think that the motors are bigger the 2 liters
