My friend and I are going to try tackling replacing a bad EGR on his '93 *-10 Blazer. Anyone done this before on a 4.3L Vortec? My looking at it today looked like it'* going to be pretty straight forward, but figured this is a good place to ask if there are any hidden 'gotchas' on doing it...

I took one off a my old 93 blazer before. It'* not to bad a job just easier if you have smaller hands and magnetic pickup tools in case they happen to end up where the bolts shouldn't.

Yeah, I did see that there may be some contortionism that will have to go on to get to one of the bolts, but doesn't look too difficult.
