i have been on 95 many a time(mainly coming from I26 onto 95 in SC to GA to Fla) and people do drive entirely too fast on that road. You'd think that with all of the technological advances that the Police have made over past years they'd actually use it. Not the dangerous PIT...

I say the blame is 80/20. %80 NEVER RUN FROM THE COPS %20 Not good speed to do a pit manuver. However i couldn't really tell if it was a pit manuver, or if the SUV tried to cut him off.
