Last tool I bought was a GM speciality tool, a Kent-Moore J-39765, which is a spanner to remove the locking ring on the fuel sender/pump assembly on many GM models. I picked it up used on E-Bay, sure made the job easier and I didn't have to worry about any possible sparks via the hammer/screwdriver route. Hopefully I won't need it again any time soon, maybe I should list it in the used parts section.

"Kent-Moore J-39765"

Didn't know that tool existed, thanks for posting. I just looked at them new, about $145, very pricey. Good job finding a used one.

A 3/8" Allen socket to remove those finicky brake caliper mounting bolts.

I'll probably have to buy a bigger C-clamp as well… a 4" clamp isn't enough to work on Bonneville brakes without some trickery.

Yea, I have HPTuners and Scantool.net OBD2 scanners, but I'm kinda tired of lugging the laptop around. Which by the way, my Scantool.net scanner is still for sale.

Maybe not, its gonna be here today instead. Looks like they shipped it next day air, or 2 day air.

I stole a 1/2in to 3/8in adapter from Brian.

Does that count?
