In my 06 Grand Prix the emergency brakes quit working, I can push the pedal down with no force, and barely feel some tension when it bottoms out.
I replaced the calipers a few years back due to locking up, but I use the e brakes all the time, no clue why they would lock up again....
How hard is it to adjust or replace the rear brakes, and fix the e brake issue?

That'* kind of a big question with lots of variables, however, I'll answer: It'* not too difficult depending on what'* wrong.

I know when this happened before the pedal felt similar.
But how 2 calipers with not too many miles on them seize up again..
They are known to seize if not sued, but I always use mine.
ATM I just don't have the money to even see what it tis, because I cannot get any parts till I get paid..

There is literally no resistance for 90% of the e brake pedal travel to the floor..

William, if the calipers were seized up the car would not move. Does it?
the e brake cable pulls a lever that mechanically moves the caliper piston out against the pads. so if the e brake pedal goes down with little to no effort and the car still moves it might have snapped a cable.

It might be just a broken cable or somesuch.

This happened the day I got 4 new tires put on, and an alignment done...
Not sure how that could have anything to do with it, just thought it was a hell of a coincidence.

And yeah the car moves, it did the last time they were seized, I think they were seized up without being locked up, seized is what I meant to say before...

That is what I thought, but I seen the new part, it is like that, just minus a lil rustyness.... So it is not the cable at that point, iin the video u can hear when I jiggle the cable it is noisy, if attached right I don't think it would be that noisy..

Really.. that'* interesting William. Do you have the factory manual by chance?
All I know on my Pk Ave when I applied the parking brake, it locked the rear on a -10 day in winter ( that was fun) & had to remove tire, bang the lever back to unfreeze it until a new cable got installed.
Hopefully someone more familiar with your 06 GP can help on this one.
