hello again.
question is what do i need to do to upgrade my tras from 4t60e to 4t65e
im assuming pcm for sure, possibly the axles. anything else?

That depends on the trans itself. Does it have the same final drive ratio as the original? If not, you can take your car to a dealer and they can put the Tech2 on it and change the final drive that'* programmed in the PCM. You could drive it like it is, but you will experience earlier shift times.

Pay attention to the plug connector. You may or may not have to switch connectors around.

Driveshafts shouldn't matter.

okay so i looked the final drive axle ratio (if thats what you're talking about) for my car is 2.84 and for the dono trans its 2.86

the gear ratios in particular are the same across the board 1st to 4th

1st: 2.92
2nd: 1.57
3rd: 1.00
4th: 0.70

and i looked at the connector. its square the donor has a rounded connector sadly

I was wondering that too. Maybe his current transmission is toast somehow . . . or maybe he wants to build his current transmission up and wants to understand the differences . . . or something . . . ?
