Default 2001 Buick Rendezvous

My wife has a 2001 Buick Rendezvous, and I believe it is the ride bags in the rear that may be bad. But not sure. A compressor seems to run alot. At first it would run and then shut off. But now it runs continuous. If this is not a site to ask this question, could someone send me in the right direction, of how to chase this problem down, or know what this could mean?????? thanks for any help.....

air must be leakin somewhere. Go ahead and start the car and let it run for 5 minutes for the compressor to get going then turn it off and check and see if you hear any air coming out of anything. should just be a pfffffffff sound of air.

Sorry about missing this post. One of two things is going on. First, you have a air leak in a strut of air line. Take a spray bottle with water and add a small amount of dish soap. Start spraying on every air lone connection and around the struts. Watch for bubbles. If none are found, another possibility is the compressor is not working. Disconnect the air line and see if air is being moved.
