Default Buick Rendezvous- Bonnevilles- Daily Drivers

Looking for a new Daily Driver in the future, The 91 F-150 I'm driving now needs a repaint and makes me look like a hillbilly. I'll probably keep it just because a truck is useful.

Just curious what people thought about the Buick Rendezvous. No opinions on the styling, I know you either like it or you don't. Wanting to hear more about electrical or any other problems they may know about. AWD vs. FWD. Don't know much about the newer 3.5 and 3.6 engines but the early ones still had the 3400 which I love.

Pontiac Bonneville'* as well. I know gm starting having alot of electrical problems in general after the 2004 lineup came out. Kinda why I'm not looking for a 04 or newer GP, that and the back seat is useless for larger people.

Share your experiences please, I'm 6'3" and around 250 pounds. Would a Bonne be comfortable? I'm not a fan of 4-doors anyway. But they look good.

I've always enjoyed the Last gen Buick Rivieras (we've had 3 in the family so far) but I can't stand the suspensions or the steering on them. I enjoy driving through curves too much, and in order to make a Riviera turn, it involves Caddy STS lowering springs, Aurora swaybars and a steering rack.

My brother just bought his second Rivi a 98 I believe so it has the heavier suspension. He just put a set of Bullits on it, I'll post pics later along with new photos of my car.

Thanks in advance.

There is a local member to me that'* bigger then you and has a 03 Bonneville. Fit'* him good. I think a GP might be a little small for your size. But test driving is the only way to know for sure.

yeah I was disappointed when there wasn't a 2-door with the new GPs. I drive my friends 04 on occasion and I can't stand it...lol.
