Default Rendezvous?

My mom is looking for an AWD SUV, she really likes Azteks and Rendezvous.
There is an 03 Rendezvous CXL AWD w/ 60,000miles down the road that they are asking $9,000 for.
My question is does anyone have any experience with the Rendezvous? Any common problems we should look for?
I'm going to set up a time for our mechanic to look it over, but i want to do a little research before I talk to him.

It blue books for $12,000 so I also want to find out why he only wants 9 for it.

on the bright side they are quite comfortable and actually have a decent interior. My aunt really likes hers, as do I.

I dont know of common issues or anything, but she hasn't had any major issues.

Lexus RX 330 would be great, and uses toyota parts so it'* not crazy expensive to run. To keep the same price, it'* gonna have more miles/years. The new Ford Escape is pretty nice, hard to beat a Rav 4, Pilot, etc.

For new cars, the new
