3800Performance is a very legit company in the 3800 community, and there is no reason that I know of that should stop you from buying from them. I've never heard of anyone having problems with them.

I imagine their fine because i just bought form ZZPerformance and they gave me 1 day early faster shipment then scheduled and everything arrived in one piece. Also i bought the 3800 headers from W Body Store. They said they were in stock although come to find out they had them in stock but lacked the ceramic coating. So that puts me behind 2 weeks :/. But they were very informative and gave other options of purchase, although none of them fit what i wanted. Lol. Both good companies as well.
