Default Will the 3800performance turbo kit work in a Bonne?

Any chance this turbo kit would fit in a series 2 Bonne? I see the bonne isn't specifically listed, but the price is attractive.

It won't be a complete bolt on, you will have to modify a few exhaust components from what it looks like. (you'll probably have to switch to GP exhaust manifolds and the downpipe might need to be modified to fit or you might have to weld your downpipe up to that) Obviously the PCM is going to be different. But the oil/coolant lines should work for both, so will the piping for the intake and stuff, but you'll have to make sure there isn't anything in the way where the turbo mounts. If you are seriously interested, contact them and let them know you want one for your car, and they might let you be a beta tester or try to get a kit for your car produced.

I believe the GP rear manifold is different for a reason. If I remember correctly we've had members here try to put W-body rear mani'* on only to find out it won't fit, or the exhuast wouldn't line up.
Just a heads up.

Yes, the exhaust won't bolt up to it, thats correct. But this turbo kit uses the stock exhaust manifolds to compliment it, so you would need GP exhaust manifolds to make the kit work right. Then you would have to modify the downpipe on the turbo kit for it to work on the Bonnie.

new downpipes are relativly cheap. You might have to rig some custom mounts though for the turbo.

You don't need GP manifolds, you just need to weld on some of the parts. It would not be all that much to mate the GP turbo kit with the Bonnie has.

ZZP is coming out with many different turbo tubing parts and/or you could take you car to GR and have them fab up a custom setup for your ride.
