Need help with car problems
My car make noises everytime I go over a bump like there is something wrong with both front tires, I got an alignment and brakes check everything a ok what could be wrong??????? I have a 97 Bonneville SE
Thats tough to just throw something out there and hope its the answer. Can you be a little more specific? Does it make a squeek, rubbing sound, banging sound, groaning sound? try to be as descriptive as possible. And does it only make it on large bumps, only when you're going slow, or at any bump at any speed?

1) Antisway bar links broken. If the nose of the car seems to roll excessively when you go into a turn, a broken link bolt may be the problem. Your antisway bar is disconnected as a result, allowing lots of body roll when cornering. Can also cause a sort of hammering noise over bumps as the broken pieces of link bolt slam together.
2) Loose (e.g. dried-out) antisway bar link bushings. Cause rattling noises as the link bolts rattle around over bumps.
3) Empty MacPherson struts, either or both, up front. Bouncing the front end while the car is parked should turn this up.
It doesn't sound to me like your repair shop tried very hard to find the problem. Did they even road-test the car? I would try another place; this should not be too hard for them to find.
