Default NEED HELP before I sell the car and buy a foreign car...

ok, I need to get my car fixed, otherwise I am buying something foreign and 5 spd and selling my car.

Issue #1: Battery dies after sitting 24 hours Can't start the car.
Issue #2: When starting the car, it is slow to start, usually dropping the voltage enough to reset the clock. Hitting the gass seems to help for some reason.

Now, the car drives fine and charges the battery while driving. Only issue is at startup.

There is water getting into the car, and I did find some water in the wiring harness on the driver'* side. not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Tomorrow I will be pulling the fuses to all unnecessary options and see if it still does it to try and Isolate the issue.

If I can't fix it, it'* getting sold as I need something reliable.

Unhook the battery right after getting back from a good run where it would charge up. Hook it back up the next morning and try to start the car.

If it has plenty of life then you have a draw and it'* probably related to the water leak or so on. If it seems pretty drained down, it'* time for a new battery.

Another way would be to pull the fuse for your radio and put a multimeter between a battery lead and the battery, then measure amps. It will show if something is using power in the car.

still got issues. Still haven't gotten a chance to do bill'* test yet. Just got something else to drive so this car will be sitting for a while.

Any other suggestions? I seriously think it is water in the cabin that is grounding it out.

What happened when the ground block in people'* car got corroded?

I lost power locks, power windows, and fuel pump. Took me FOREVER to figure it out.

This is after I cleaned the bar.

I just looked and mine is perfect. Battery sat for almost 24 hours exactly, and was still able to start the car. not sure where to go from here. I need to check if there is a draw, and isolate where it is coming from, so who would like to explain where and how I should go about doing this?

go to the relay center and get a mulit meter on the big fuses, you also gotta do that for the fuse blocks in the drivers and the passengers side.....because all of power realistically goes thru these 3 places
