Yes, and that is really odd, to me anyway, how does hard plastic stop vibration, or anything, lol
I touched it and was like WTF...
I am not sure about the underside..
All the new ones I have seen seem to have some rubber in there, but not this one, the other looks the same way also...

I may get some premium mevotech'* and put on it, they are expensive but durable....

Well I finally changed my mounts myself, all but the dogbones, will do them when I get paid..
The clunking when going into Drive and Reverse, or when accelerating from a stop is gone, it was not too hard to do, and boy does it feel good to get it done, all in all I think I paid 150-175 for the two main mounts, and I can get the rest for 50,00, the mechanic quoted me 900.00 for all 3, so I saved like 700.00

I ordered the control arms, and will do them ASAP, that hard part is actually rubber, but it is in bad shape... Motor mount was in better shape of the two, but the trans one was done! One of the motor mount subframe to motor mount bolts was so loose I could hand loosen it...
