Default Windshield Wipers wont turn off, no Turn Signals, door lock won't work, etc

I have a 2007 Pontiac Torrent. One morning I get up and turn the car on and I can't turn the windshield wipers off. It was raining the night before, so when they were on I didn't think anything of it. So I flip the switch and nothing happens. I removed the fuse so I could go to work. Then I find out my turn signals don't work, can't use high beams or turn my lights off. The emergency flashers don't work and the door locks don't unlock. When I kill the ignition the radio stays on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reinstall the wiper fuse and see if everything else starts to work.

Installed it. No change. I didn't say before I can unlock and lock all doors with the key fob, but the rear hatch doesn't unlock.

I think you might have something wrong going on with the Class 2 data bus. Which is way beyond our ability to diagnose over the internet. You are probably looking at going to the dealer for diagnostics with a Tech2 scanner. No, Autozone can't diagnose it, they don't have the equipment to do it.
