I have a problem regarding my windshield wipers - they don't work, to put it simply. I went to work today, ran a few errands, all that, and they worked fine. However, when I tried to turn them on for my trip home, there was zero response. I don't think it has anything to do with ice/snow locking them in place (freezing rain ALL day today), as I chiseled the hell outta them and still got nowhere. Any help/advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

P.*. I don't know dogshit about cars, which is really unfortunate, as my '92 Bonneville (which I've had since 2001) seems to royally **** up every 2 weeks.

Also, his motor has been pretty slow ever since he got the car. It just quit today. His high speed is less than my low speed on my Grand Prix. Do you think the motor completely done?
