im not sure about the other stuff but if you know the coil itself has no output change it with the one of the other ones and see if it follows if not its the icm if it does its the coil. its good on these engines to fix one thing then clear the codes and see if it fixes other issues or you have more than one

Like Justin said, move the coil pack to see if the "so spark" condition moves to a different cylinder. If that makes no difference, change the plug and wire. Most of what you are seeing are symptoms of the misfire, not causes.
