Ahh ok, I misunderstood what you were saying, thanks for the links, good info!
Especially like seeing what an analysis looks like, that analysis was done by the same company that my oil analysis kit came from.

Found the new Pennzoil PurePlus at Wallie World last night and was only showing $34.99 per gallon! Expensive but not as horrible as I would have imagined. I'm gonna dump this last 5 quarts of new oil on the shelf in the Bonnie today and next time I stumble into WalMart, I'm gonna get me some of the new PurePlus and check it out. Ridiculous specs versus old school crude refined oils.

Keep us posted Stephen. I do enjoy a good thread with comparison analysis like this one.

You know, I learn more tossing thoughts, ideas and opinions back and forth than any old book most of the time. The more ideas that get bundled together makes for a better all around picture and usually better solutions. As long as I learn something from every post, I feel it'* worth it. I guess the old gearhead in me getting excited about a new oil means there'* still hope for my old azz..... That stuff is amazing and the "green side" of me sees it being a good thing for the environment and our crude oil dependency on other countries I hate to support!
