Its the small hose that connect to the top of the radiator near the radiator cap. The tube goes over a metal post with a hose clamp..

Your overflow hose sounds like it has a hole in it where the clamp is at the radiator, I'm not sure how much play you have with the hose, but if you have a bit you can remove the clamp and hose, cut it off past where the clamp was and put it back, it may work and last a while longer this way if money is tight.
If you do not mind spending almost 40.00 and replace the whole hose, then I'd suggest doing that, there may be cheaper hose you can get from an auto-parts store, but I like this myself.
