I pulled them in case of accidentally setting off the airbags. I put the fuses in and BOOM fired right up! Now I have to figure out the other issue.. I seen the actuator move back and forth so it’* not broke, maybe a vacuum line
Good job figuring that out. I didn't know any fuses had been pulled. Better safe than sorry, especially where airbags are concerned.

I wish I knew what I was doing I have cold air but just at my feet and defrost, that should be fine with some windows cracked. I’m gonna have a mechanic friend take look at it and see if he can’t figure it out. Thanks for the help!
Sometimes an in-person expert is the best path. Good job getting it all put back together!

Try a system relearn.
For non vacuum operated systems (electronic) the module needs to learn the full open and full close positions of the doors.
AC reset
Turn the system on full cold Max AC.
Radio OFF.
Turn ignition OFF.
Pull the HVAC (AC) fuse from interior fuse box. Leave out for 1 minute and replace.
Turn key to run/on position....NOT start.
Do not touch any controls. You'll hear the doors (actuators) being opened and closed. The HVAC module is learning the full open and full close positions. Wait until the system is completely done with the learning process. Less than a minute.
Start and test the system.

BTW I have the factory info if you need it.
I just tried that and I got a little result I do have a small amount of air coming through, the fuses say (Base a/c) and another that said (a/c cruise control, wire cluster, radio) I couldn’t hear the actuator moving due to the fan I didn’t know if I should keep that on or off. I could be doing it wrong, I’m in the middle of cooking dinner and forgot the corn bread in the oven lol I will test it out in the morning.. I may need that info your talking about I can look at it tonight.
